Day 1 Arrive in Srinagar

Upon arrival at the Srinagar Airport, meet our representative and drive to Srinagar. Check into the hotel and also enjoy a 1-hr shikara ride in Dal Lake at Nehru Park on Boulevard Road. Enjoy the scenic sites of the famous Mughal Gardens: Cheshma Shahi "Royal Spring," Shalimar “Garden of Love," Nishat Garden “Garden of Pleasure," and Shankaracharya Temple. On a return visit, a local handicrafts showroom for hand-knotted specialty silken carpets, shawls, and jewelry ornaments; an overnight stay in a hotel.

Day 2 Srinagar To Sonmarg

After breakfast leave with a full-day excursion for Sonmarg, “The meadow of gold." Situated at an altitude of 9000 ft., Sonmarg, at a distance of 84 km from Srinagar, is also called “The meadow of gold." Sonmarg lies in Sindh Valley, streamed with flowers and surrounded by mountains. The place is also the base for some interesting treks to the high altitude of Himalayan Lake. Ponies can be hired for the trip up to Thajiwas Glacier, which is a major local attraction during the summer. Drive back from Sonmarg to Srinagar. Overnight stay in a hotel.

Day 3 Srinagar To Gulmarg

After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg, the “Meadow of Flowers," 2730 meters above sea level. The distance of 56 kms will be covered in about 2 hrs. Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world and the highest golf course in the world with 18 holes. One can also have the view of Nanga Parbat if weather permits. The view en route from Tangmarg to Gulmarg is fascinating. One can also have a short trek up to Khilanmarg, which can be covered in about 3 to 4 hrs, or enjoy the scenic view of Kongdori on a cable car known as Gondola (on a direct pay basis). Drive back to Srinagar. Overnight stay in a hotel

Day 4 Srinagar To Pahalgam

After breakfast, we drive to Pahalgam via Pampore, Avantipura, and the village of Bijbehara, which remains famous as the breadbasket of Kashmir. We switch from the national highway 1A at Khanabal and drive through the second-largest city of Anantnag. From here the road turns scenic as we drive parallel to the Lidder River flowing from the opposite direction. In Pahalgam, an overnight stay at a hotel in Srinagar.

Day 5 Departure Day

After breakfast, enjoy the morning in Srinagar and drive to Srinagar Airport for your onward destination. Tour ends...
